How to Use

1. For Muscle Rub/Massage: Pour a small amount directly onto the hands or the affected area and massage thoroughly into the skin until completely absorbed.

2. For First-Aid Antiseptic: Clean the affected skin area. Apply a small amount of the solution using a clean piece of cloth, gauze, or cotton ball 1 to 3 times daily.
